HOW IT ALL STARTED
Founded in 2010, Namak Mandi was born from a deep love for the bold, time-honoured flavours of Peshawar and a desire to bring the soul of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the heart of London. At a time when authentic Peshawari cuisine was scarce in the city, we set out to create a space where tradition could thrive — where every dish told a story of heritage, fire, and flavour.
From the start, our philosophy has been simple: cook everything fresh, honour each recipe’s roots, and use only the finest ingredients. This commitment to authenticity has earned us a loyal following and cemented our place as one of London’s most respected names in regional Pakistani cuisine.
